In conclusion, we believe that barn owls are very active predators on the food chain. We figure this because they consume different animals from all over the food chain. This includes primary, secondary, and terciary consumers. Secondary consumers such as moles, voles, and mice are eaten the most. This is because they are readily available at night when barn owls hunt. In conclusion, without the barn owl of Indiana, many other species would run rampant, and possibly destroy life as we know it.
